Yoga Kayak

Kayak down Beaven creek in Arundel for about 45 minutes to a sandbank beach, creative mindfullness activity ,Practice Beach Yoga and then enjoy swimming in the warm waters of the Rouge River. Nourish yourself with a catered picnic lunch prepared by chef NATALEE and then kayak back.
